IV and IPCE measurements

Same Sun characterize solar cells under the illumination relevant for the actual application of your solar cells. The included software compiles and presents the measurements in easily readable data files and diagrams. The entire process lasts for about ½ minute.
 
The reported IV data includes energy conversion efficiency, fill factor and IV curve recorded for all three quadrates.

The spectral response is measured in terms of Incident Photon Conversion Efficiency, IPCE, in three differents modes:
 
- Standard mode for which the solar cells is exposed to one line in the light spectrum at a time
- Inverse mode for which the solar cells is exposed to the entire spectrum minus one line at a time
- Modulated mode for which the solar cell is exposed to a spectrum with intensity-modulated lines
