Materials: Inks for R2R coating of polymer solar cells

Risø DTU offers a range of ready-to-use inks for roll-to-roll processing of polymer solar cells, all developed and manufactured in house.

 
The inks are intended for inverted device structures built upon an indium-tin-oxide electrode. They are all compatible with processing temperatures of < 140oC making them suitable for flexible substrates such as PET.

Inks for the following layers are available:

Metal back electrode

Hole-transporting layer

Active layer

Electron-transporting layer
 
 

Quantities
All inks are sold in a standard quantity of 1 litre, alternatively 1 kg. The typical wet thickness is 5-10 micron giving 100-200 square meters of coated area per litre.

Delivery
Delivery conditions will be stated in our conformation of the order. Shipping charges will be included in your invoice.
