Location and accomodation
The Workshop will take place in the Assembly Hall of the African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD), located in the Nairobi Campus of the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (located actually in Juja, about 30 km from Nairobi downtown). We reserved a limited number of rooms in the AICAD Guesthouse. The room rate is 2650 Kenyan shillings per night (single room, about 28 EURO) (includes bed and breakfast). The rooms are reserved from September 13 (arrival) to September 16 (departure). A double room costs 3500 Kshs. The rooms are distributed on the "first come, first served" (or, more exactly "first paid, first served") basis. Thus, if you are interested to stay at the AICAD Guesthouse, please inform me AND transfer the corresponding sum to the Workshop account.

Proceedings:  An agreement with the Journal of Wind Engineering (http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/mscp/wind) has been reached, that selected papers presented at the Workshop, will be published in a special issue of this Journal. The participants of the Workshop are asked to submit a full paper on your presentation not later than August 1, 2009. The instructions for authors are available on http://www.multi-science.co.uk/gen_authors.htm.

Registration
All participants are requested to register before April 20, 2009. The registration fee is 200 EURO for participants from developed countries, and 1200 Kenyan shillings for the participants from developing countries. After April 30, 2009, the registration fee increases to 350 EURO (developed countries) and 3000 Kenyan shillings (developing countries), respectively. The payment of the registration fee should be made either by credit card (Euro, Master or Visa), or by bank transfer. Finally, after June 15, 2009, we take additionally late-registration fee of 70 EURO and 1000 shillings, for developed and developing countries respectively. The registration includes the access to the sessions, coffee/refreshment and lunch/dinner.
